AI Evaluation Companies is an introduction service. We do not do the work ourselves. We introduce you to a suitable vendor, who pays us for the introduction.

Form fields kept on file

When you use the quote form we collect:

• your name, phone number, email address and ZIP code
• the details you give about the job, such as size, use, budget and timing
• your IP address, the page you sent the form from, and the wording you agreed to

Purpose of each detail

We use your details to find a suitable vendor who can help with your request. We rely on your consent, which you give when you send the form.

We then contact you to tell you which firm we have found. We only pass your details to that firm after you tell us you are happy for us to. If we cannot find a firm within a reasonable time, we tell you and delete your request.

If you stop part way through the form, we keep what you entered so far for the same purpose, and delete it if the request is not completed.

We do not send you marketing, and we do not sell your details to anyone else.

Where a brief can travel

Your details go to:

• the vendor we name to you, and only after you agree
• the companies that host this website and store our records for us, under contracts that protect your data

Deletion timetable

We keep your name, phone number, email address and IP address for 12 months, then delete them. We keep a record of the request without those details, so we can count how many requests the site receives.

Requests you can make

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Send the request by email; US state privacy laws give us 45 days to complete it.

Analytics without cookies

We count visits with a privacy-friendly tool that does not use cookies or identify you. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

State privacy laws in the US

An evaluation vendor can pay a fee after we introduce a team to it. Under several state statutes, forwarding a brief on those terms counts as a sale (or as sharing) of personal data, which people in those states are entitled to refuse. Email us, or follow the steps on the opt-out page; each refusal is logged with the day it took effect.

Depending on the state, people may also request access, corrections or erasure, and doing so carries no penalty. Nothing you send is used to target advertising. The site is written for working professionals and is not directed at children under 16.

Consent log

Complaints about calls and messages can arrive long after the event, so we hold a five-year consent log. It notes the timestamp, the IP address, the URL of the form and the wording you saw. The name, email and brief themselves follow the deletion timetable above.

Fees and data

This site introduces teams to evaluation vendors, and a vendor introduced this way may pay a referral fee. The site never receives model outputs, prompts or datasets. Until you approve a vendor by name, your brief goes no further than our inbox.

Opting out

To refuse any sale or sharing, the opt-out page has the single email it takes.
