Opting out of sale or sharing
Because a vendor can pay us after an introduction, a few state laws count that introduction as a sale of personal information. Refusing it takes a single email.
What should the email say?
Send it to support@grubleads.com, put "Opt out" in the subject line, and give the address your brief came from. Nothing else is required: no login, no explanation.
From the day it is logged, your details go to no vendor, and a reply confirms it. An opt-out sent ahead of any brief also covers briefs you send in future.
And to erase a brief completely?
Ask in the same email. What is stored, and for how long, is listed in the privacy notice.
