How we connect teams with evaluation vendors
AI Evaluation Companies is an introduction service. You send a short brief, we work out which evaluation vendors' published offers fit it, we tell you their names, and nothing goes to any vendor until you say yes.
What happens after you send the brief?
We read your brief
The company ZIP code, who to write back to, and whatever you chose to tell us about the evaluation: type, what is under test, timing and rough budget.
We check which vendors fit
We compare the brief with what each vendor publishes: the services it sells, its plans and limits, its security claims and any minimums.
You get the names
An email arrives naming the vendors that fit, plus a sentence on the reason for each and links to their own pages, so you can look before deciding.
You say yes first
Only the vendors you pick receive your name, email and brief. Say no, or say nothing, and nothing is passed on.
What do we never do?
- Hold, receive, store or look at your data, prompts, logs or model outputs. The form has no upload, and we ask you not to paste any.
- Take payment from you, for anything.
- Bargain over price, haggle over terms, or put our name to any agreement.
- Run evaluations, test vendors or audit their claims. What we know about each vendor comes from its own published pages, with the date we read them.
- Pass your details to a vendor you have not agreed to, or add you to a mailing list.
How is this site paid for?
Vendors we introduce may pay us a referral or introduction fee if the introduction leads to work. Teams pay nothing. A fee never decides which vendors we name to you or what this site says about them.
How do I contact you?
Contact details, and how to see, correct or delete what you sent, are in the privacy notice.

Company ZIP first, then a contact, then the evaluation itself. A few lines tell us which vendors are worth naming.
We are an introduction service, not an evaluation vendor, and we may be paid by the company we introduce you to.
Please do not paste prompts, logs, model outputs or any other data here. Describe the project in words; data only ever moves under a contract you sign with the vendor.
Brief received.
Here is what happens next:
- We read the brief and check it against the vendors' published offers and limits.
- We email you the names of the vendors that fit and why, with links to their own pages.
- Reply yes to the ones you want to hear from. Anyone you do not pick never sees your details.
